About Us
The Dog Safety Council (DSC) is a 501c3 not for profit dedicated to the welfare of dogs in the context of health and training. We are currently gathering information on choke chain, prong collar and shock collar injuries to enable us to share that information for free with the public.
Angelica Steinker is heading up the Dog Safety Council as she has been involved positive reinforcement dog training and behavior consulting for more than 20 years. She holds three different certifications in behavior consulting and is committed to giving dogs a voice by promoting empowerment and consent based dog training.
Mission
The Not for Profit (501c3) Dog Safety Council is committed to providing quality online services in terms of
database and resulting data for dogs and owners by providing useful reporting tools that enhance communication with professionals which will enhance dog and owner relationships, promote positive reinforcement training while promoting the welfare of dogs.

The Not for Profit (501c3) Dog Safety Council vision is to be a leading innovator in providing the most effective, and most humane dog data tracking services possible with a consistent focus on health and welfare and to share that information with the public.
